TA7 Form – Leasehold Information Form

If the property you’re selling is a leasehold property, you’ll need to fill in the leasehold information form, the TA7 Form.

You can look at a sample of the TA7 here: TA7 Sample

It’s completed by the seller in addition to the Property Information Form (the TA6 form). The TA7 has a number of questions that are specific to leasehold properties.

Like the TA6, this form is pretty straightforward.

Unlike the TA6, the TA7 and TA10 forms don’t have any explanatory notes provided by The Law Society. This could be a result of recent changes to the forms. Your conveyancer should be able to help you if you have any issues filling out this form.
